NBME 9 and 11 can be a bit of a confidence killer going into the exam. I scored 9 points fewer on NBME11 and 20 points fewer on NBME9, compared to my UWSA1. Some of the questions, and even few of the explanations imo, will make you pull your hair out. Spread them out over 2-3 days and try to take your last one at least 3-4 days before your exam that way you have a few days to review your weak areas. So ideally you would start taking them 1.5 weeks before your exam. For example, one at the 10 day mark, another at the 7 day mark, and the last one at the 4 day mark give or take a day or two.Seemed like there was a lot of overlap between 9 and 10 and then 11.
